Use as directed on the packaging:

"The multisizer works like a belt. Insert the end of the strip through the slot to form a ring.Place the multisizer on your finger and tighten it until it fits comfortably. It should slide over your finger and knuckle without effort. Read off the ring size once the multisizer sits comfortably."

Multisizer can not be exchanged or refunded.
