You can return or exchange any item* within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
If you wish to return a product, you must:
Contact Veronika Šola (full contact details can be found in imprint) stating your order number and the item you wish to return.
Arrange for the product to be returned using a trackable and signed for delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product unless you have agreed otherwise.
Once the return has been received and accepted, Veronika Šola will arrange a refund to the original payment method (it may take up to 30 days for this to appear on your statement) or issue you a credit to the Veronika Sola website.
Returned items must be in their original pristine condition.
- Products that are not eligible for return or exchange are:
- Products marked as "sale"
- Personalised items that have been specially made or ordered, e.g. made-to-order items,
items with a name on them
- Personalised products such as earrings and hair accessories;
- Products made up with materials of your choice or specially commissioned for the buyer.
("closed products")
- Gift Vouchers.
If a product is faulty, you must take photographic evidence of the faulty product and the packaging in which it arrived within two days of receiving the delivery and send the photograph directly to Veronika Šola. For any items we dispatch as faulty, you will be offered a replacement or repair or a full refund. Goods damaged by you will not be refunded.
All refunds will be credited back to you via your original payment method, e.g. online credit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. If the item is a gift, a shop credit will be applied.
